JOIN US FOR FREE PILATES AND COFFEE!

Our own Movement Teacher extraordinaire, and classically-trained Pilates instructor, Kara Tatelbaum, will be leading us through a 45-minute mat Pilates class. Whether you’re new to Pilates and are six weeks postpartum, or are super fit and have an impeccable rectus abdominus, this class can be modified for your abilities and goals.

• $125 for all 5 classes
