The Chavurah will meet on November 15, following the Shabbat service and communal lunch.

The Torah portion for that day continues the saga of our patriarchs and matriarchs. Sarah dies and Abraham finds a burial place for her. He then turns his attention to finding a wife for Isaac. His servant sees Rebecca at a well and is touched by her kindness. Abraham remarries and, at the end of the parashah, dies at the age of 175. That’s a lot of action in a short reading.
